My name is Benjamin Hernaez. I am a new father, lover of off-road adventuring, and avid camper. I am originally from California and have lived in Austin since 2006. I have worked as an Offshore Commercial Construction Diver for many years and eventually started my own construction business in 2009, which currently services residential and commercial clients throughout the midwest states.
At Elite Access Controls, I am committed to communicating with clients, techs, and office personnel to ensure proper operations throughout the organization. I am passionate about leading, motivating, and supporting our team to successfully deliver excellent products and customer service. My name is Dena Lane. I am a mother of two. I love going on road trips and baking delicious treats. I have lived in Austin nearly all of my life and enjoy making memories in this city with my family. In the last 20 years, I have worked in office management, customer service, human resources, and accounting. Having these skills has allowed me to be able to do what I am passionate about at Elite Access Controls—helping. I am happy to be able to help clients, co-workers, and the company grow. At Elite Access Controls, I work as an office manager; if anyone has a question, I have the answer. I assist the company by maintaining accounts and monthly billing. I love this company and feel we have created just the right team to continue growth, achieve goals, and, most importantly, serve our clients.

I joined Elite Access Controls in September of 2020 as the sales manager. When I am not keeping busy with my four amazing boys, you can find me outside camping and enjoying the most amazing lake views in Austin.
You can find me opening lines of communication between clients, customers, and our technicians to help get projects done and needs met in a timely manner. My favorite part about working for Elite Access Controls is that I get to be one of the first contacts with new clients, and I love that.
